NOTE TO CUSTOMERS AND THEIR CLIENTS
This Privacy Policy primarily governs information collected from our customers ("Customers") who use our software and services. Information about our Customers' patients or clients ("Clients") is managed under separate agreements, including our HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
If a Client contacts us directly with questions about their data, we will comply with applicable laws and, where necessary, refer them to the Customer as the controller of their personal information.
1- PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
"Personal Information" includes any data that can identify or be linked to you directly or indirectly. Depending on your use of our Services, we may collect:
"Contact Information" Name, email, phone number, mailing address, and other identifiers. Used to create accounts, communicate with you, and verify identity.
"Professional Information" Business name, license or credential details, scheduling preferences, and other work-related data to support your professional workflow.

5- DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGIES AND COOKIES
We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, SDKs, and similar technologies to collect:
